Hi, I just made the same thing as you, I add those materials to my project and the same thing happens to me, but in the surface setting everything looks fine, the surface works fine. Maybe the problem is in the visualization before adding the surface to the project.
PD: I just find the problem. Go to the surface setting and turn on the displacement channel in the Cinerender settings of the surface. And you're good to go.
