I've been trying to use the AI Visualiser over the past few months, but 9 times out of 10, it fails and returns the following notification.
I've checked that:
- My software license is uploaded.
- My cloud license is actively in use on my PC.
- I can access and use BIMcloud SaaS (which seems unrelated, but might help rule out some issues).
Has anyone encountered this before? Any ideas on the cause or a possible solution?

Operating system used: Windows 28
