Whenever I try to use the ArchiCad 28 AI visualizer, I am told I need a license for it to work, even though I have a license uploaded. Any suggestions?

Always best to use the search function before asking as your question most likely will have been asked before.  Many threads, but see this one:

You must have a Collaborate subscription or an EDU license to use the AI visualizer.

Please note that the message you are showing in your screenshot is from the initial release of 28.  Please apply the latest updates (always!) to get bug fixes and more... including a more informative message that explains the licensing issue.

This page discusses the availability of AI Visualizer:

https://graphisoft.com/solutions/innovation/archicad-ai-visualizer

The gist is that it is available only to users of the Archicad Collaborate subscription.

Edit: Looks like Karl beat me to it.
