Artlantis: httpStatus OK but cannot activate licence, WHY?

I've got lil prob, cuz I did installed my Artlantis which i have student license, and i've got error:
httpStatus OK but cannot activate licence, errorCode: 1I've read about that, i reformated my hard drive and didnt remember to unactivate license. I've readed again how to do this Artlantis solution to this on archicad www, and nothing changed.
Any ideas how to fix it? antyvirus, firewall were disabled, runned as admin, family control was disabled, all functions were changed.
I need is as hell to my study work, so i need to fix it asap

Artlantis is not a Graphisoft product, but is produced and supported by Abvent (France). Abvent almost never posts/responds to things here, so it would be best to ask your question on their forums:

Ah. Never mind the forums there - the FAQ on the Support page link given below says that in a case exactly as yours, you must open a support ticket:

Of course, there are some cases when you cannot deactivate your license because of a hardware or operating system failure.Hope that they respond soon enough for you to get your work completed... but I suspect they've all gone home for the weekend.
In this case, please open a ticket in the Support Center and tell us your problem in detail.
We are going to deactivate manually your license in order to make the activation possible again.
