Basic rendering question. Please help a beginner

I am trying to create a fly-through in ArchiCAD on a three-story building, but when I place the cameras they always default to the bottom floor even though I am placing them on the appropriate floors. I simply cannot place a camera on the second or third floors. What am I doing wrong?

Cameras are not placed by story but by height to project zero. You will need to do the arithmetic to get them at the proper height to the upper floors.
