I’m currently working on a project for my exam, and I’ve encountered an issue that I need help resolving as soon as possible.
In the surface palette when switching to cinerender settings the previews stay black and I get an error message saying: "Cinerender my Maxon add-on has unexpectedly stopped working. Archicad should be restarted."
I get the same error message when trying to render a 3D view. I have already tried repairing Archicad 27 and updating to the latest version (28), but unfortunately, nothing has worked. I have also been unable to find a solution online.
I have the education license.
This issue did not exist previously, it unexpectedly appeared one day while I was attempting to change the color of an object and apply a surface.
