What setting do I need to change in order to get more blades of grass?

The Density Slider - see attached. Note that the denser the grass, the longer the render time.

General note to at least US users... for some reason, the Grass surface in the US templates delivered with 18 does not have 3D grass enabled. I'm sure they had their reasons.

Rather than tweak settings yourself, simply replace the existing grass with a 3D grass from the library... and then adjust that if needed. ArchiPlus subscribers (SSA) have an additional downloadable library containing even more surfaces... so the screenshot attached is showing everything in the standard and SSA libraries that matches Grass.

If you're wondering how to download the additional library... click the "blue globe".
Minutes of my life were lost figuring that out

Karl:
Is "Snowy Grass" part of the INT Library?
I don't see it in the US or SSA Libraries.

Sorry for the lost minutes! I posted the steps in a different thread... you mean you don't read everything that I write??

Snowy Grass is in my library. The search turned up everything with the word 'Grass' from all loaded libraries.

Yep.. I only get 15 finds. Curious.

Sorry for the ambiguity. Should have said Snowy Grass is in MY library, an additional loaded library. So, 15 is the correct number of delivered surfaces that match 'Grass'.
