Help... Can someone explain this shadows? (Artlantis)

I´m having a hard time, trying to finish my work, because Art.lantis is not representing the shadows the way it should. Does anyone have the same results? I´ll post the renders I have so far. I´m not an advenced user, but, shadows could be more realistic.

* there´s only one light source (heliodon)
* cast shadows is on
* antialiasing is good
* ray tracing is on

post a screen shot of your light edit box and light setting dialog

you have your model probably very far away from the origin, point 0,0,0 in archicad and then you are having troubles with triangulation in art*lantis.

try to replace your model near the point 0,0,0 (the origin) (a origem) and you'll have your problem solved.

models away from the origin can give problems, it's very easy to make that mistake in archiCAD, because you can be thousands of km away from that point, and then art*lantis will be asking for correction.

Can't see anything wrong.
Must be the dislocation from origin.
Never actually made that mistake myself...

I wasn't aware of distance from origin... it hapend's when I open an DWG file of a site plan, and model based on it. I'll check it out next time i have to build model.

Thanks for ur help again.
