How to create tube light?

Hello guys, i need your help. I need to create a tube lighting can anyone help me on this ?

Other than Bathbar 13, you'll need to string several general, non-shadow lights along the tube to create the uniform lighting.

This is elaborated clearly in "LightWorks in Archicad"
