How to make Maxwell Materials part of the standard set???

Hi

I'm working with Maxwell Render.

At present I'm replacing the Archicad materials with the Maxwell materials every time I want to do a Maxwell render for each model.

What would be nice is that the Maxwell Materials would be available to every time I start up Archicad.

Is there any way that I can load the Max materials into AC once and for all so that subsequent models have the same Materials available for the next new model?

It's a pain having to reload the materials over and over!

Any ideas?

TIA

Adri

Keep trying, if you create the material in ArchiCAD using the MXED, you can save them and use them from project to project. It works, I just checked for a material I created several projects ago.

Well I've created several models using Maxwell materials loaded in the same way as you suggest but if you select file new from the ARchicad menu you DON'T get any of the previously loaded materials.

I think they are stored with the model as custom materials and not pulled into the Archicad/Archicad Library 10 folder which is what you would need if you wanted them to be available when you click File->New.

I'll keep trying....

TIA
