Is it possible to use the Lightworks to make a fly-through ?

So far I've used the Internal Engine or the Open-GL. But are there some way to use the Lightworks instead. And how do I do it ?
Would the renderings become bigger (and heavier) in this way?

To jose Gemez could you please make explanation about vbe and how to save it as .mov that i can open it in media player in English because i do not know spanish

I make the video with screenflow and imovie in mac but i think that it is possible to make in windows with camtasia.
