Long time to render

when i want to get render it takes a long time,especially sketch rendering that it wasnt before
how can i solve this????

And it might be usefull to buy Dwights book.

it may be taking quite a long time because of you're computer itself.
Although, you may be able to alter the rendering settings to dim down the graphics a bit, therefore making it load much faster.

I didnt have this problem since last night with the same computer,so its not hardware problems,my problem is in sketch rendering not for other rendering...plz help me to slove it...
