Is there any way od making luminous wall in ArchiCAD, or any similar material I could use to make it look close to this picture I posted?

I have never done that before but I will go by using the luminance channel with a gradient on it.

I believe you can do that using Sub Surface Scattering channel in the material in addition to the luminance channel activated.
