My rendering is overexposed

I've made the interior. And I click the camera. The result is far too overexposed.
I've selected the Lightworks Rendering Engine and clicked the Factory Settings.
Method: Final
Effects: everything selected
Light sources: everything selected
Shadow casting and resolution: By lamp setting
Antialiasing: close to Best
Brightness: Normal
Darken overexposed surfaces

I've made lamps myself, I've switched them off because of this problem.
Then it's only the material 'Surf-white" that is used. When thy are on , the material 'Glass-lamp' is used. There are big windows in my shop.
I've not put any window-objects into my drawing. I've not used the Sun-object eighter. The ceiling is on and I changed the material from white to black paint. That did not help.

Turn off the [crude euphemism] camera light.
NEVER TURN IT ON AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!]
Substitute other materials for "lamp"
Reduce reflectivity of Surf.
