Pretty cool software used on an HGTV show

Was watching HGTV's Hidden Potential ( my girlfriends idea not mine...I prefer watching the NBA playoffs or UFC...but whatta-ya gonna do? )

Anyway on this show they use some nice visualization software to create the interiors. Using VR and walk throughs. It's pretty photorealistic complete with intricate details and decorative items. Lighting and shadows are very true.
Anyone know what they use?

Saw that show on TV here last night (living channel, mostly American program(me)s but some English too). First time I've ever seen it, strange that you should bring it up. Thought the same. Came in half way thru and thought they were showing before and afters - but no, they were renderings.

I keep looking for Archi-Talk-ers to make an appearance on these shows.

Went to the HGTV website and seems that a few others are inquiring as well.
Someone said its: Punch! Home Design Studio
I don't know about that. A $ 190.00 software that can do that? Also, the guy on the show is using a MacBook Pro to show off the "potential"
Might just be for show though.
I also heard from someone that it might be Maya.
