For Rendering I have used LW with sunlite, heavenlite.
I like soft shadow, but the shadow shows not so clean line....
Somebody can help me?

keep your sun object divergence below 1 degree and add more suns - have at least six. The closer you get to your subject, the sun needs finer resolution.
For fine shadows, keep the sun power minimum and the sky object higher to mitigate the shadow strength. Experiment.

As for heavenlite, that is not in the ArchiCAD library. It is what radiates from the face of Erika Epstein.

perhaps a little bit too much glare - in the wall material, turn down the reflectance for diffuse
