The sketch renderer has done that from the day it was released. I've never figured out what causes that. It is greatly diminished in Archicad 9.

moving or rotating will cause lines to error in different places. Does not seem to be connected to any specific object or wall, but window grills do seem to be more problematic.

Try to switch to internal engine before hit render. It looks to me that OpenGL is not fully integrated with core of AC. Do it especially when rendering with shadows ON.
