yup, i figured the SRT file was the subtitles file.
FYI, the VLC file is not as user friendly when it comes to sun studies as compared to Quicktime files. every time i open one these MP4 files in VLC...
1. i have to change the playback speed to 'very slow', because the videos are usually less than 3 seconds long.
2. the date/time subtitle gets superimposed with the file name for the first few seconds (real time), but goes away as soon as you start moving the cursor to different times of the video length.
3. unlike Quicktime, moving the video playback cursor does not actively change the video, instead it gets stuck at the point of pausing & will only change until you've hit Play.
4. the time stamp subtitles do not appear when you move the video play back cursor. they only appear if you've paused the video or during playback.
in short, please give us back Quicktime (.mov) or burn the time stamp onto sun studies, because without these time stamps, the sun study tool is useless.
