Firstly the textures need to be in a loaded library - sounds like you might be doing this already.
But then they need to be attatched to a material so you will need to go into the materail setup to do this.
Attach textures to existing materials or create new materials for them.
Then be sure to use those materials on your elements.
Finally you must view the 3D model in OpenGL to see the textures.
