How to get the right fill with the right size?

options > attribute settings > fill types
When I do changes at the fill types setting, bitmaped pattern,
why can't I see the changes on the sections/elevations view??

Because bitmaps are for symbolic representation.

You should edit the vectorial part of the fill to the right values. That is used in the S/E

Well, I'm not into all ArchiCAD elements,
so, If someone can please tell me, stepbystep,
on how I can make different panel size in 2D view (sections/elevations)??

In "Fill Types" settings window, under "Edit Vectorial Pattern" is option "Spacing" for width and height. Play with it.
