atrlantis too dark

hey guys im new to artlantis

ive saved a file from archicad 9 and now i want to render it in artlantis as ive seen many ppl have

i have downloaded the plug and saved the file

i import into artlantis...it gives me a list of files that dont work..then i press continue

but the picture loaded but its all in shades of grey..so when i apply renders u cant tell if much is going on

what should i do?

i dont think i put any lights in on archicad

because when i tried it messed it all up...but ill give it another go

You must place and enable some lights in Artlantis.

the lights are actually already on....

the picture is just very dark and if i turn the lights off the whole screen is pitch black

The tendency when importing light data from ArchiCAD is that the lights don't have the same intensity as they might if placed in Artlantis.

Check the values for each light.

You are probably forgetting to activate the lightgroup in the specific view.
This happens a lot to beginners, especially to 4.5 migrating ones.
