Please help for a little trouble here,
“I am practicing to make a flythrough movie to my newly built villa model,
Then:
1. how can I see the doors open at a moment the camera reaches
2. I got a great rendering image output to my model using Lightworks,
how can I use that rendered output in making the flythrough movie.
Many thanks,
Henock.

It depends on the door. Some have settings that allow them to be animated. This requires setting the appropriate parameters in the door to the frame numbers of the flythrough during which to open the door. When you run the flythrough be sure to check the box "Rebuild Model for Each Frame".
2. I got a great rendering image output to my model using Lightworks,
However how can I use that rendered output in making the flythrough movie.
LightWorks must be selected as the rendering engine in Options > Photo Rendering Settings. When you create the flythrough be sure to select "Photo Rendering Window" rather than "3D Window".

Not sure about GS door as I haven't used them in years, but Door and Window Builder doors have a setting to open when the camera is a certain distance away, eg. start opening at 3m, be fully open at 1m.
Yes, you must "Rebuild Model for Each Frame".
