When I turn on reflectance in rendering settings my solid walls decide to become semi transparent and show the background picture. Any thoughts?
I havent done a photo rendering for a while and didnt have this problem last time.

I think what happens is if there is nothing to reflect, the background image shows thru. At least that was my assumption, silly as it sounds. Noticed it back in AC9, when lightworks was first introduced.
So do I put a wall up behind the camera?
I would like the reflectance to work as the building is all glass

When walls reflect a scene of uniform background, you can't tell if it is transparent or reflection.
A mirrored building needs a complete environment for believable context reflection. That is why we take a complete panorama photo from the site on our first site visit. A wall will work but you should really have a cyclorama with the sky knocked out with an alpha channel.
