rendering a 3d model in archicad using creative imaging

When you render a 3d model within archicad using creative imaging, where does it save the picture? I know it can temporarily be viewed under window but where does it actually save so you can plot it?
There's no default save destination. When your render is complete,and is active window with previewed image, just click file-save as-and than choose your own save location. Just like in any other program.
