sun study, white model with simple shadows is not showing when saving as mp4

Hello there!

I'm having an issue with my ArchiCAD sun study and saving the mp4. my current task is to create a small building in the 3D white with simple shadows mode and then create a sun study, it displays correctly in archicad when it's run through the show function of the sun study but when saving the sun study as an mp4 it shows to have no shadows at all.
