Regarding All Relevant and the Cut Plan Range, it does not take into consideration what storey something is on. This means that you can get elements below showing through above, requiring you to reduce their Display Order, which then impacts the Display Orderof the element on it's home storey, etc...
All Relevantis also impossible to use on sloped sites. The work around of splitting Viewsis impractical when you have dozens, if not hundreds, of ground floor levels. The only way to get things to show properly is to set every wall to Home Storey Onlywith the display set to Symbolic Cut.
