Multiple views often have the same same graphic base but different variations on top depending on what should be highlighted. For example QA processes which have a simple base 2D/3D representation of the model to which different aspects are highlighted across different views.
Currently combinations are just a simple list of rules which means that if a group of rules is to be used for multiple combinations the user has to manually manage any change to the rules across all relevant combinations which is both cumbersome and prone to inconsistencies. Instead it should be possible to create hierarchical combinations where the child inherits rules from the parent.
