Hotlink Module Manager

The hotlink module manager needs some brush up:
-the top/bottom portions seem redundant and don't make any sense

-subfolders and reorganization should be an option

-why does it close the module manager when I click reserve module?

Doesn't the top portion just break down every included hotlink included those that are nested?

I have started to reduce using the module manager and just using the right click menu on hotlink elements when I am wanting to update them in TW as it is a whole lot faster.
