If we place a Keynote Legend on a Master Layout and the layout has no keynotes on it, the Legend should disappear completely. It still seems to show the lowest folder, which looks odd all by itself.
Do you have the setting of the legend set to visible keys only?
In Archicad 29 we made improvements to the legend behaviour when placing it on the master - to avoid showing the dummy text when there are no visible keynotes.
