Railing Tool - Offset inner posts and posts in the vertical axis

After working with [email protected] it was recommended that I place this request in as a wish list item.

For the wood deck railings that we construct in our area, the inner post and posts are offset for the center of the railing axis.

The railing has a 2x6 top cap with a 2x4 (or 2x6) horizontal at the top and bottom of railing. The horizontal rails are attached to a 4x4 post that is beneath the 2x6 top cap. The 2x horizontal is 1.5" and the 4x post is 3.5" with a combine dimension of 5". The 2x6 top cap is 5;5: wide and sits on top of the members with 1/4" overhang on each side.

I attempted to create 4x4 post with an offset in the centroid with the Profile tool and :Use with:" Column + Railing. This profile with the offset worked for the inner posts, but the end posts would only work at on end since the other end is a mirrored item it was offset in the incorrect direction.

It would also be better if the Balusters "understood" the posts positions and spaced appropriately.
