Window 2D representation improvement

Since the new Global Library implemented, I want a few littles improvement for the 2D representation

When you choose "Projected with Overhead", a window above the cut plane is represented exactly like a window below the cut plane??!!!

Another improvement to be made concerns the marker, which does not appear when the window is below the cut plane.
