Windows - Symbolic view - Line width frame in view

Hi, In symbolic view, The cut line pen is used also for the frame in view. Could it be possible to have an other pen for these lines ? like the #2 on the image (did it manually) Thanks  Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon 14.1
