when dimensioning the room there is no adjustibility in the text
dimensioning. In our case we wanted to add arrows closer to the
dimension. In other cases you want to add sufixes to the dimension like
the type of measurement(mm/cm/m).
when working with large amounts of measurements it takes a lot of time
to change all to custom text. A "pre-pefined" pre- and suffix in the
dimension tool would make it a lot quicker
