I am new to the TM world. I have AC28. I have downloaded Twinmotion and the Download plug in for Mac. When I open the DataSmith download the dialog box says: There is no application set to open the document "DatasmithARCHICAD28/Exporter.bundle" where...

Cannot open SE22 file on new MacBook with both AC28 and SE22 downloaded

New laptop. Mac. Downloaded AC28 first. Downloaded ACSE22 second. Using Dropbox for storage across devices. I can open a new file in AC22SE but not an existing file. Tried taking file to Desktop in case DB was the issue. No luck.
