CTRL+SHIFT+D is not working

Hello there! I am using Archicad 28, with the standard work environment, and want to use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+D (drag a copy) and this doesn't work. When i use the commands CRTL+SHIFT it toggles on/of the Arrow tool for Morph selections (...
