It happened to me, too. You just need to download the Archicad 28 update
(https://www.graphisoft.com/es-pe/downloads/?section=update&localization=SPA&product=archicad&type=FULL&version=28&platform=windows)
and then activate your edu license. That shoud fix the issue.
