BUG? ecodesigner simulation ArchiCAD 16 dont work on XP

Ecodesigner in ArchiCAD 16 works on Windows Vista but not on Windows XP. I get a message that the climate file cant open and does not exist, when I try it on Windows XP. No problem on Windows Vista. I used the a very simple model. BUG?
