I had exactly the same issue 15 days ago, I decided to call technical support and they reset my license key then I was told to download a new one, my word of advice is to call them. Time is gold.

Couldn't t find any solution so I had to contact Graphisoft support Team.

Hi Barry, My Graphisoft ID is associated with my own company or firm which I'm the administrator as well. I've tried logging off and back, changed user name and so, uninstalled LMT with no avail.
