I had to format may Macbook and re-install Big Sur OS. It won't work Archicad 24 on Monterrey OS

I have the same problem, lost my Archicad 24 license, on computer crash that result on a total disk formatting.I've contacted my distributor, and they say, that I have to pay $$ for a new license! ¿?¿? it's that normal?! please help!!

If I have already updated to macOS Monterrey 12.3. Its possible to run Archicad 24???
