Sometimes windows blocks downloaded files. Try right clicking on the
file and opening the properties tab. If it has an option to unblock the
file down the bottom of the general tab, tick that hit OK and try again.
If you're good enough at VBA scripting or can find someone who is you
can write macros in excel that will do all this for you. I've written
macros doing the same thing from a few different pieces of software in
our office. Not sure it's the answer yo...
