Archicad layout/master won't crop to frame and has a small resolution when saved

I am currently using Archicad26 but I installed 27 to work on a small project. I was trying to save the layout as PNG/JPG/PNG and not only the resolution was really bad, but the dimensions of the file had nothing to do with the dimensions of the page...
