i have this issue when running run.bat. any ideas how to get this going ?

'environment.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Couldn't launch python

Hi Mboro,

Thanks for the question.

I suspect that you did not unzip the sd.webui folder to the C:\ root location. Please try to unzip it again to the correct folder. 

If it still fails please contact your local support with the content of the Command Prompt window and a few screenshots.
