AI visualiser not generating image

I have downloaded the visualizer as per the instruction on my pc, however the server does not generate the image. Could you help with this.

I am also having the same issue, but with my M1 Macbook Pro. Ive gotten it to work once, but it doesnt seem to want to work anymore. I am thowing a more complex scene at it.
