Link between ArchicAD and AI server

Hello everyone and sorry for my english,

Like many of you, I am faced with the following error message:

I have the following configuration:
Windows10 up to date
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz 12 cores
64G DDR
NVIDIA P4000 8G VRAM (driver 546.01)
Archicad 4030 FRA full

What's strange is that the local server is working and I can generate images via the prompt:

So the problem would be the link between archicad and the local server?

I tested with AC as administrator, with and without Avast activated, I installed the latest version of Python and nothing works.

Thank you for the screenshot.

Please let us know what type of video card you have, and how much VRAM. Also, a full content of the Command Prompt window would be useful too.

Thanks for the information.

According to your screenshot, we suspect that this is a custom installation. The "hand_refiner_portable" folder/location seen in the error is not a part of our Add-on. 

You don't need the Stable Diffusion browser for our solution. Please try to install the Add-on again from scratch.

Please send us the Command Prompt window content after the error message appears in Arhicad.
