As you can see I have a problem with ai visualizer. When I'm trying to generate the photo, I get this message that ai server is not available.
Operating system used: Windows 11

Graphisoft has limited the use of AI visualizer to educational licenses and subscriptions - they don't give a damn about perpetual license holders.

If it was a license issue, the error message would say 'no license available'.
Seems strange the autor has got this far if it is a license issue.
@jurekwichlacz , do you have a collaboration subscription or an SSA/Forward support agreement?
I am assuming this is 28 or are you using 27.
27 is built into the program so there should be no issue.
28 uses the cloud to process hence the error - just may not be available at that particular time.

I’m using 27 version on educational license, so everything should work correct.

Thanks for that.
Yes, it should be working correctly.
I have no idea why the server would not be accessible.
I believe in 27 it only works with certain hardware - NVIDIA video cards on Windows machines.
In version 28 it is all done in the cloud, so you don't need specific hardware.

There has been an update for Visualiser in 27.
Does this help?
