About associative dimensions in floor plans

I would like to ask you a question regarding adsorption of associative dimensions to beams.

I'm currently thinking of using API to generate dimensions for a beam that uses a profile like the 'parametric profile' shown in the figure.
I would like to attach the generated dimensions to the vertex of the profile so that it interlocks with the beam.

How it occurs in cross section was found at https://graphisoft.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5/article/1652196984 .

However, in the plan view, I don't know how to associate the dimensions to the point corresponding to the 'nominalWidth' marked in red in the diagram.
If there is a way to do this, I would like to know.
