I use visual studio 2017 and API Development Kit 22.3004. when I replaced "hello" with japanese it got an error.

Hi!When you make a compilation error, put a space after the japanese character.I compiled it in this way with Chinese Version.Maybe this can help you.

Could you please try to set your system locale to English? My guess is that ResConv doesn't work well on other systems.
