Get View Settings of active Window and Design Options of View using API

Hi ArchiCAD Community,

I'm exploring an ArchiCAD API to retrieve view settings of a window for a 3D view, specifically one that may not be a saved Navigator View. I'm also looking to extract design options information. Also, when changing the design option in the project map's 3D view, it does not reflect in the view settings of view map. How can I programmatically access the active design option from a view using API, especially considering it may not be a saved Navigator View?
Attached image shows the design option is changed in project map view, but does not change in View map.
