I am new to API development, i have good experience of c++ programming. can any one help me writing some small programmes. then i will experiment the things.
is there any training or books available, i am located in Australia.

There is woefully little documentation available. It's pretty much just what comes in the DevKit and what you can find on the forum.

and there have been other new users asking questions over the years. Those threads and the docs may help you get started.
The key is to study each example provided with the kit to understand the structure and interface of cross-platform add-ons.
