Bimx upload takes hours. Is it normal ?

Publishing a BIMx Hyper-model usually takes a few seconds or minutes, depending on the file size and internet speed. If you still experience unusual slowness, please contact us at bimx@graphisoft.com, and we'll investigate the issue.
